Rather than simply asking you to follow a program blindly, our health professionals teach you the reasoning behind each exercise, the purpose of your program, and how your body adapts over time.

A registered Physiotherapist conducts your assessment and prescribes your program, with ongoing progression and monitoring delivered under appropriate clinical oversight by our Exercise Physiologists and Therapy Assistants.
Your program evolves as you progress, ensuring it remains aligned with your goals and health requirements — while building your knowledge and long-term capacity to manage your health independently, all whilst keeping costs down.
We strive to keep our member numbers at a reasonable cap, in order to prevent congestion and wait times for equipment. We also have multiple pieces of the same equipment where necessary to help reduce any wait times.
We use the most advanced communication tools, via your phone or computer, to keep you feeling continually connected to your healthcare team. This is our mission, and something we have spent years updating, and continue to update.
Don’t like traditional workout spaces? We have tried to make our Exercise Clinics everything you like, and nothing you don’t.
Connected to local Physiotherapy clinics, Shield Healthcare has a comprehensive allied health network. Have your own Physio? No worries, we’ll work with them to ensure your exercise regime is optimised. If you don’t have a Physio, we’ll assign you one from our local provider network. What’s more, is that we connect with all your healthcare practitioners, including your doctor, to make sure that you are being thoroughly taken care of.
